HARVEST CRAFT FAIR // OCTOBER 26, 2024 // ALUMNI GYM
The Alvin C. Baker Harvest Craft Fair, hosted by the Blount County Alumni Association’s (BCAA) Board of Directors, is an annual craft fair benefiting the BCAA Scholarship Endowment Fund, which provides scholarships to Blount County students attending Maryville College. This year's Harvest Craft Fair will be held on October 26, 2024, from 9:00 am - 2:30 pm eastern time in the Alumni Gym located directly behind Bartlett Hall on the Maryville College campus.

REQUIREMENTS
Only handmade or handcrafted items are to be sold.
Licensed Maryville College logos cannot be sold on unlicensed products.
Applicants who have not been vendors at the fair before must submit 3 to 5 photos of examples of their work. Some types of crafts may be limited to maintain variety.
No direct sales/home party or items prepared from a kit are allowed.
No food items are to be sold.
The Craft Fair organizers cannot advise as to sales tax requirements or compliance.
Registration
Applicants must select a booth location at the time of application. Standard booth spaces are 8’ x 10’ at a price of $75 each. Premium booth spaces are 8' x 10' and ideally located. Premium booths are $85 each. Booth selection will be based on preference and availability. If the booth space you prefer has already been taken, every effort will be made to place your exhibit as near to that location as possible.
Applicants accepted as vendors must pay a registration fee of $75-$85 per booth space selection. Payment will be due within 14 days of receiving the online payment link. In case of vendor cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded.
TIMELINE
Now-August: Applications received and reviewed on a rolling basis
June-August: Vendors notified of booth assignments and sent online credit card payment link
August 15: Applications close unless spaces still available
September: Vendors sent reminder of booth assignment and final instructions for day of event
October 26: Vendors set up 7:00-8:45 am and sell 9:00 am-2:30 pm
Day of fair
On October 26th, the doors will open at 7:00 am, and vendors can begin setting up at that time. Each vendor should be on campus, checked in, and set up by 8:45 a.m.
Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs and cash or change boxes.
Exhibitors must make provisions for their lunch. Your booth must remain open and supervised at all times.
